How do you cure a sore throat?

Now trust me I have tried all the home remedies in the world for sore throats.

THE BEST WAY TO DO IT IS WITH A FELLOW GARLIC CLOVE!!!

Now I know it sounds gross...and it is haha, but it works!!!

Summer 20-07 i was suffering every other 2 weeks from a sore throat...and then i discoverd the garlic clove....ok i didnt discover it by myself...i found it online...

i thought i had mono..thank goodness I did not!

anyway....

i did the salt water.........which you should do along wit the garlic clove

that cleared my throat up within 2 hours.

So lets recap for a sore throat..........

mix yourself a reasonable amount of salt, and baking soda and warm warm water

gargle it for about 30 sec each time...i used to fill up a cup and stopped until my cup was done each time

then eat ur garlic clove..like that most of the surface bacteria has already been gotten too.....it is going to be nasty but u will feel way better afterwards....make sure as u chew, you start placing the garlic pieces closer to the infected area...DO NOT OVER DO IT BC IF U DO ITS GOING TO HURT TOO! its supposed to cause the infection to shrink...if u do it too much its going to dry up the infected area and cause pain..just do one garlic clove each time

BE REASONABLE...

anyway i did this about 3x a day....to ensure that sucker wasnt coming bk

the first time i did it...lets just put it this way

by the end of the night I went out clubbin!!!

DO NOT GET COUGH DROPS most have sugar in it so if you must get sugar free...make sure any cold/throat med u get from the store doesnt have sugar in it BC....

BACTERIA FEEDS OFF SUGAR!...THEREFORE STAY AWAY FROM SWEETS!!!

It's gonna suck but it will most likely just be for 3 or 4 days that you shouldnt eat sweets...

I DO SUGGEST THAT IF U GOT THE FUNDS OR THE INSURANCE GO TO THE DOC AND GET SOME ANTIBACTERIAL PILL...IT HELPS A LOT BETTER...

I GOT ME SOME AMOXICILLIN THE FIRST TIME AND DID THIS HOME STUFF AND MY GOSH

THE HOME STUFF STILL WORKED THE SECOND, THIRD AND FOURTH TIME I GOT SICK LIKE A CHARM...MAN SUMMER WAS A KILLER FOR ME

EACH TIME I FELT I WAS GOING TO GET SICK I POPPED ME A GARLIC CLOVE SOO FAST SO I WOULDNT SUFFER...TOTALLY WORKS
